Room Squared grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

• Access and use our website for personal, non-commercial purposes
• Purchase kitchen cabinets and related products
• Use our 3D modeling and design services

This license does not allow you to modify, copy, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Products and Services

4.1 Product Descriptions

We strive to provide accurate product descriptions and images. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, colors, or other content on our website is accurate, complete, reliable, or error-free.

4.2 3D Modeling Service

Our 3D modeling service requires a $50 fee, which is fully credited toward your final purchase. Models are created based on measurements you provide. Accuracy of the model depends on the accuracy of your measurements.

4.3 Pricing

All prices are in USD and subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time.

5. Orders and Payment

5.1 Order Acceptance

Your order is an offer to purchase our products. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. We may refuse or cancel orders for any reason, including product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraudulent activity.

5.2 Payment

Payment is processed securely through Stripe. You agree to provide valid payment information and authorize us to charge the applicable fees. You are responsible for all charges incurred under your account.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping times and costs vary based on your location and the products ordered. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or circumstances beyond our control.

7. Returns and Refunds

Due to the custom nature of our products:

• Custom-measured cabinets are non-refundable once production begins
• Damaged or defective products may be returned within 30 days
• 3D modeling fees are credited toward purchases but not refundable independently
• Contact us within 7 days of delivery to report any issues

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Room Squared and protected by copyright and trademark laws. 3D models and designs created for you remain our intellectual property but are licensed to you for personal use with your purchased products.

9. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use our services for any unlawful purpose
• Interfere with or disrupt our website or servers
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our services
• Upload or transmit viruses or malicious code
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Collect or harvest information about other users

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Room Squared shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the products or services in question.
